Born and raised in New Westminster, Shanon Kelley discovered her passion for real estate in 2007 after travelling the world. Since starting her career, she has been ranked in the top 3% of agents at her brokerage and is well on her way to becoming one of the top real estate agents in British Columbia.
For 9 years straight, Shanon was in the top 10% of British Columbia’s residential real estate agents. Currently, she is one of the top ranked residential real estate agents for the three Royal LePage franchises.
A well-recognized and professional realtor, Shanon has taught realty classes on numerous occasions and was proud to run the charity division for her past real estate brokerage. She believes in placing people before profits, a trait carried over to the close personal interactions she has with clients.

Meet Jamie Kennedy, a former professional motocross racer turned heavy machinery operator. After over 15 years in the construction industry, he embarked on a new career path. Now, Jamie is a local real estate agent, fulfilling his true calling to help people buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
Jamie was born and raised on Vancouver Island in a family of five. After attending school in Nanaimo, he pursued his motocross career until he transitioned to heavy machinery operation, working in various locations across British Columbia and Alberta. He is a dedicated father to his son and a loving husband to his wife, who inspires him in his new career.
Throughout his years in the construction industry, Jamie gained a wealth of knowledge, contacts, and lifelong friendships. He is committed to building long-lasting partnerships and providing excellent experiences for all his clients.
